1. Measurements and Photos
The first step in your wrap project begins with measuring and photographing your vehicle. In doing so, we measure your vehicle’s square footage to calculate the cost of your wrap. We also take photos of your vehicle so our graphic design team layout your design perfectly.
2. Designing and Artwork
After we collect all of the information about your vehicle and your business or personal intentions, we move on to our design process. Our main goal during this stage is to come up with a design that not only reflects your brand, but also projects a clear brand message. You have two options in this phase.
a) Option 1 – You provide high-resolution custom artwork.
We will provide you with some standard guidelines that your designer must follow. The artwork must be done in either Photoshop or Illustrator.
b) Option 2 – We provide custom artwork.
If you are unsure as to what you want your vehicle wrap to look like, our team of graphic designers can meet with you to brainstorm some ideas. Our expert team will work with you to create the design of your dreams.
3. Artwork Approval
In this stage of the process, communication is key to the success of your vehicle wrap. Our designers keep in constant contact with you in regards to colors, images and overall look of the wrap to ensure your satisfaction. Once we receive a signed artwork approval and color proof of your design choice, we schedule an install date.
4. Deposit and Installation Scheduling
Once we receive the required 50% deposit, an installation date is then determined. This is a date that is convenient for you.
After the artwork and technicalities of your vehicle wrap project are set, we print your vehicle wrap on our state-of-the-art HP Latex 3000 Printer. Once the artwork has printed, the pieces are then precisely trimmed.
6. Preparation and Installation
You bring your vehicle to our climate controlled wrap bay facility. Our installers will give your vehicle a full alcohol bath to prepare for the wrap installation.
7. Quality Control and Pick Up
Upon installation, we will inspect every aspect of your vehicle. After your vehicle passes our lead installer’s inspection, we will contact you to pick up your vehicle, and you drive away in your new mobile billboard!
